Returns & Exchanges
• Exchanges are all we currently offer. If for any reason you change your mind on the bundles, frontals, or closures you purchased- you can exchange them for any other bundles, frontals, or closures of your choice.
• You must send back your first order in perfect condition, to receive an exchange request order. 
• You are responsible for the shipping fee of $8.99 to send back your order. 
• Shipping fees are only waived if you received a damaged order, or if the wrong items were received.

Exchange Requirements: 
• Hair extensions must be returned within 72 hours from the purchase date, you must include a tracking number.
• Hair must be in perfect condition, uncombed never brushed, or separated with fingers. If not in good condition, exchange will be rejected.
• For closures and frontals, the lace and hair must be untouched in perfect form, no cuts or tears. 
• All hair extensions should be fresh, brand new and in good quality. 
• No glue or tape adhesives found, or any evidence it has been worn.
• No chemical treatment of any type such as dyes, colorings, and perms will be accepted. 
• Hair extensions must be at the original length, uncut and not trimmed. 
• No products used such as shampoo, conditioner, or any other types of styling products.
• Be sure to keep all of the original packaging you received with hair extensions product. 
• We reserve the right to change our Return & Exchange Policy at time and/or without notice.
